Shipping Policy
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the 48 Contiguous United States.
- Logistics: We utilize a network of national carriers to provide the most efficient delivery. Depending on the size of your order, it will arrive via Standard Ground (individual buckets) or LTL Freight (palletized orders).
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Transit Time: Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your distance from our Los Angeles warehouse.
- Bulk Orders (10+ Buckets): For large projects, orders of 10 or more buckets are shipped via pallet to ensure structural integrity.
- Freight Notice: For palletized deliveries to locations without a loading dock or forklift, a Liftgate Service is required. Additional fees for liftgate or residential freight delivery may apply and will be coordinated during the shipping process.
Exclusions (HI, AK, & Offshore)
We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or International destinations for orders under 10 buckets.
- Bulk Inquiries: For orders of 10+ buckets (full pallet) to HI/AK, please contact us at [email protected] for a manual freight quote. We require this process to ensure the most accurate and fair shipping rates for offshore transit.
Free Local Pickup (Los Angeles)
Avoid shipping times entirely by choosing Free Local Pickup at checkout.
- Location: Van Nuys, CA 91406.
- Availability: By Appointment only, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Process: Our team will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to coordinate your pickup window.
Returns & Cancellations
Because ARK is a specialized mineral-based waterproofing system, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure product integrity:
- Cancellations: You may cancel for a full refund at any time before a tracking number is generated. Once the product has left our warehouse, the shipment cannot be intercepted.
- Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. To ensure the chemical and structural integrity of our mineral additives, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has shipped. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the product is non-returnable.
- Damaged Shipments: We stand behind our arrival quality. If a bucket arrives leaking or structurally damaged, do not open it. Take a photo immediately and contact [email protected] within 48 hours. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
